Slab Flattening

We can flatten your slabs or epoxy tables with our automated slab flattener to take out any warp or twist and give you a truly flat surface to work with.

Have an epoxy table pour that didn't go quite to plan and can't get the backer board off? Don't throw it away.......we can machine off the melamine or backer board to save your piece.

• Flatten up to 30 inch wide and 11 feet long in a single set-up (wider with multiple set-ups)

• Adjustable feed rate to minimize/eliminate chip-out.

• Cuts with the grain of the wood (rather than across) to minimize chip-out

• Flattening rate is $50/hour (minimum 1 hour).
